Company administrators invite and deactivate users in the Users tab.

Roles

• Viewer: sees status, incidents and reports.
• Operator: can also create and edit monitors and load monitoring credentials.
• Administrator: can also invite and deactivate users.

Invite someone

1. In Users, enter the email and name, and choose the role and the invitation language.
2. The person gets a link (valid for 48 hours) to set a password and turn on two-factor authentication. If their email is a Google account, they can also accept by signing in with Google.

A company always keeps at least one administrator, and nobody can deactivate themselves. An email that already belongs to another company can't be invited.
