Getting started

Create your company account

  1. Go to Create account.
  2. Choose Create the account with Google, or enter your name, your company name and your work email.
  3. If you used your email, you'll get a link (valid for 48 hours). Open it and set your password: at least 12 characters; a long phrase beats odd symbols.
  4. Turn on two-factor authentication (see Two-factor authentication). If you signed in with Google, you can do it later.

Whoever creates the account becomes the company administrator: they can create monitors and invite their team.

Signing in

Go to Sign in with your email and password, or use Continue with Google. If you have two-factor enabled, we then ask for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

What you'll see

  • Status: how your systems are doing today.
  • Incidents: every failure, when it started and how long it lasted.
  • Monitors: what we check and how. This is where you add your first monitor.
  • Reports: monthly availability.
  • Users (administrators only): your team.
