Incidents and reports
Incidents
An incident opens when a monitor fails twice in a row and closes on its own when it responds correctly again. In Incidents you see each one with its start, duration and detected cause. You can filter them by system, type (system down, operation or login flow), status and minimum duration, see a summary by system and download the result as CSV.
Availability
Availability is the percentage of time your system was working. Only real failures count as downtime (no response, server error, missing expected text); slowness doesn't.
The full formula, with an example, is in How we calculate availability. In Availability you see the overall figure for all your systems and each one's, by month or for the last 7 or 30 days, and you can download it as CSV.
Monthly report
In Reports you see each system's monthly availability, its incidents and total downtime. You can print it or save it as PDF from your browser.
