Can I reply to alert emails?

No: they come from an address that doesn't receive replies. Write to monitoreo@tecdex.net.

I'm not getting alerts

Check your spam folder and add no-responder@monitoreo.tecdex.net to your contacts.

Can I monitor an internal system or one that needs a login?

Monitors you create in the portal check public addresses. For web services with credentials, business operations or internal systems, TECDEX offers the Managed service: get in touch.

How do I change the language?

With ES | EN | PT at the bottom of every page.

How do I close a user's account?

A company administrator deactivates it in Users.
